Increasing Plant Efficiency while Savings on Maintenance Cost through Better Lubrication Practices | May 11-12 | This 2-day course equips the participants with knowledge on proper lubrication contamination control, prevention/reduction, correct lubrication for equipment, transitioning on changing oils from running-hours to condition-based through oil analysis, and strategies to save cost on lubrication. |
Implementing Reliability Centered Maintenance for Better Plant Efficiency & Reliability | May 20-21 | This 2-day course equips the participants with the skill to efficiently maintain the reliability of an equipment by providing insights on the 6 failure patterns, limitation of preventive maintenance, maintenance team composition, mean-time-between-failure, FMEA, equipment failure modes, relationship between age and deterioration, P-F Interval failure, RCM decision worksheet, and different maintenance task. The course also includes tips on how to properly facilitates RCM analysis and its roadmap of activities. |
Implementing Condition Based Maintenance: Total Approach to Failure Prediction & Analysis to Improve Plant Reliability | June 17-18 | This 2-day course equips the participants with the knowledge on how to realize a greater equipment reliability & longevity while enhancing budgetary cost containment goals. The course also covers oil analysis, ISO:4406:99, CBM through thermography, vibration monitoring, ultrasonic monitoring, and how to start CBM strategy in your plant. |
Economic and Financial Analysis of Renewable Energy | June 7-11 | This 5-day course equips the participants with the knowledge on analysis of different renewable technologies including LCOE, financing, resource analysis and pricing. The course will be hands-on where participants take turns sharing the screen and demonstrate how you can construct renewable analysis that incorporates a variety of economic and financing issues emphasizing on practical techniques with current data. |
Levelised Cost of Energy for Energy Storage with RE Technologies | July 12-16 | This 5-day course enables the participants to measure the cost efficiently and accurately per unit of technologies such as battery storage, hydrogen, different types of solar technologies, new methods of off-shore wind and biomass. It will also equip them with the skill to construct your own independent levelised cost of energy models and understand the difference between levelised cost measured on a real and a nominal basis. |
